I purchased these jars to store and serve iced tea. I have two 32-oz. jars and one 16-oz. jar (which was sent in error, but I decided to keep it anyway, which turned out to be a VERY useful item). I have dozens of flavors of decaffeinated black and herbal tea blends on hand, which I prepare with a little stevia and keep in the fridge -- three flavors at a time. Two in the big jars and, when one big jar is half empty, I pour the remains into the 16 oz. jar to make room for a new batch. Because these teas don't have caffeine, my kids can drink them anytime during the day. My favorite blends are from SerendipiTea and Adagio Teas.I put the loose tea or tisane into the bottom of a 4-cup glass liquid measure (no tea bags!!), pour in the boiled water, cover with a plate and let it sit for the appropriate amount of time. When it has steeped enough, I add stevia to taste then strain the liquid into one of the 32-oz. mason jars. I wait until the liquid has cooled completely before I screw on the top, otherwise it doesn't go on easily. (So no need to add ice cubes.) I also write the flavor with a permanent marker on a removable label. (Avery 5430 labels are the perfect size to fit on the lid.)Some reviewers have complained about the rubber stopper coming off. That has not happened to me. I clean the lids carefully by hand with a sponge and soapy water. I put the jars in the dishwasher. Others have complained about the "flimsy" screw top lid. I have to admit it feels a little flimsy, but it is actually quite sturdy. Still others complain about the stopper not always automatically closing when you stop pouring the liquid. That's true, but not a big deal -- just push it down!I am enjoying these jars so much! The lid colors are festive, the jars fit well in the refrigerator and are attractive enough to bring to the table. I have given the jars as gifts to other iced tea lovers who now use them as often as I do -- which is every day!!

I needed a small glass pitcher that I could keep in my refrigerator. It needed to have a pour spout and a top that would close. I found all of that in this item. A good solid glass jar and a handy top with a spout. The spout has a lock function that doesn't seem to work, but other than fearing for its durability that doesn't bother me in the least. Happy I found this jar and pour lid.It's now a few months later. I use this jar every day. Despite the lock function not working, it has never leaked or spilled. Of course I only tip it when I want to pour anyway. This jar has become a favorite of mine and I'm going to be ordering some more in other sizes. When you want to store a liquid or liquid-like item and use it safely and easily, nothing beats this thick glass jar with a spouted lid and handle. It is also easy to clean.

The media could not be loaded.  The cover of one of these came in cracked, but it is still functional. I love the jars they are a good size and don’t have designs all over like a lot of mason jars. I was going to use it for Maple syrup but found a better one for that. I think we may use them for gravy instead. They really are a great design though. The length of the handle is generous for holding if the jar is full, but as others mentioned the quality isn’t great so the edges are not smooth in your hand. The spout opens easy if not locked and the hole is a “fair” size but not overly big. The lock feature is nice to prevent spills if storing liquids. Originally I was going to give it 3 stars but got an extra bump when it passed the the leak test.

The jar is sturdy and a nice weight. It doesn’t feel at all fragile. It’s a convenient size, and I particularly like that the pour top seals and locks so the contents stay fresh. It would be a solid five star product except for one issue. The design has a deep triangle cut into the tip of the pour spout that is almost impossible to clean. I keep the jar in the fridge with coconut milk for my coffee, so it’s used every morning. With each use, a drop of milk catches in the spout. The milk is thick and naturally sweet, so over a few days, a sticky, sour blob forms at the end of the spout. Each day, I attempt to clean it, but that drop in the tip won’t budge. I fold over a paper towel and roll it into a thin point, but that doesn’t work. I dab with a dish cloth, but that’s too thick. Even with the jar empty and the lid removed, a bottle brush won’t clean it. I consider that very poor design for a fresh food container.

Not a good product. No cust service reply to my issue. I got four of these lids with jars...jars are great THE LIDS....leak and break on first day. NOT COOL. Do not buy

I am pleased to report that this petite little “mason jar” pitcher, as advertised, truly does not drip. I purchased the small 8 oz. pitcher, which dispenses my half and half creamer perfectly and neatly - every time. This pitcher would also work well with milk. Anything thicker (heavy cream or honey, for example) would not be ideal - the small spout simply isn’t big enough. And yes, I’ve also discovered that the two seals (in the spout, and between the jar and lid) will come off with minimal effort, but only when disassembling the pitcher to wash all parts properly. This is a good thing.

I decided to try making some homemade blueberry syrup, and looked on Amazon for ‘syrup’ pouring jars. These jars are PERFECT, plus, they look really nice, in case I decide to give some of my homemade syrup as gifts. They are very well made...a little pricey...but, I’m very happy with them. If needed, I will not hesitate to order more of them
