Extremly poor customer service
Amazon suggested we leave an honest review of the extremely bad experience we have had dealing with Seasaleshop. We were sent an incorrect product back in October 2022, which we returned with tracking and receipt, as requested by Amazon. But it took until today, 3 months on, for Seasaleshop to refund the cost of the incorrect product we had been sent and the cost of the return postage. It took Amazon's intervention for them to do anything. WE have had a very long disappointing experience, which has wasted so much time. This could have been sorted out so quickly and easily, but Seasaleshop chose not to do the right thing. Thank you Amazon for making sure that customers are protected.
