Great value
Worked great for what we needed. Our HDMI port on our security monitor stopped working and we did not want to spend a lot of money on a quick fix. The VGA to VGA cable was the perfect cheap quick fix. Good value product.

Good Value, Good Quality VGA Cable
I needed a VGA cable to connect my laptop to a projector and selected this Benfei product based on cost and the previous reviews, which were generally very positive. For my purposes I just needed a cable that would enable me to do Powerpoint presentations using a projector via my laptop. It worked, perfectly!Just to test the projector and cable, i also watched a couple of video samples and the picture was very clear. So I have no hesitation in recommending this VGA cable for normal use.

Some may find it difficult to screw the cable in.
Standard VGA cable 0.9 in length. Plugs are well moulded and a bit too big as they don’t allow you to get good purchase on the screws when hand turning. My fingers are too thick to allow this. Good news is there are slots for a screwdriver to be used. The cable is thick (about ten millimetres) and as a result won’t bend as much. Not a bad thing but if your installation requires the cable to run in tight bends then it’s good to know.I can’t comment on the durability as I have only had it for a few days.Once installed the picture is as good as you can expect. I have it attached to a HDMI/VGA adapter.I award four ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Happy shopping.

350DB vs 360DB vs S2000Pro etc. a difficult decision. Q
With an original budget of around £300 this left me between the 350DB (£270), the360DB @ £379 and various versions of the S2000DB up to around £300.350DB vs 360DB I can’t see much performance for the extra £100, though their is undoubtedly some in the materials it shares a similar 8” woofer best i could tell, am increased mid woofer size might have done it for me.But then on YouTube I six track comparison between the 350DB and S1000DB regular edition. It was quite an unfair competition with the 350DB, presumably being the more costly and in terms of cost the S2000DB normal or pro edition would have been pretty close to £270-£300 mark.Firstly both sounded superb, also one had to wonder how much of that bass of the 8” woofer translates through the mic. Because the highs and mids transitioned perfectly but that also means the S1000DB also lost those thuds. The big comparison here is the S1000DBs 5.5” mid woofer and larger tweeter makes these shine slightly more brightly on the mids, and therefore every one of the six tracks sounds better with superior mids on the larger S1000DB/2000DB etc.Once again you could put 6 different genre tracks on and the 350DB would sound beefier. They still both sound fantastic but to teach another level the 350DB needs larger 6” woofer IMO, a larger tweeter to go along with it (not that it lacks at all in the treble) but these tiny satellite speakers are being asked to perform so well with the big 8” sub like a big brother. The brings the crossover point at a high 160hz, something that would have been remedied by a larger mod woofer. 4” would have been expected but instead I’ve seen figures quoting the mid woofer from 2.8” to 3.”Does the 360DB have a larger woofer or lower crossover? I don’t know. But of course the issue is at times the 350DBs must actually rely on the sub more than it should.Essentially I’m saying these sound amazing regardless , 8 to 9/10 SQ only the sub xover needs to be lower and there’s only one way to achieve that. So a set of 2000DB pro with a mid woofer near double the size is going to sound better. The 350DB satellites are just too small for its 8” sub.Again it has no problem producing high clarity and definition but near the x-over point of 160hz. I know the 2.0 setup, whether it be 1000DB, 2000DB or the Pros perform this area fuller and richer. Plus if your sub is not exactly positioned in the middle you may notice that cross over. Funnily enough the 350DBs sound superb when each satellite is left to work on its own. So it’s difficult to find any other fault in this.I’ve not studied the 360s enough to try and justify their price - all I see is improved matériels on the domes etc but not gonna lie I’d love them if they implemented even a small increase in mid woofer and X-over point. Perhaps they do.So to continue on with my rather on comparisons of a 350DB 2.1 vs the 1000DB, 2000DB and S2000 pro (MKII is too expensive to be compared but is similar) - All three of those produce more than enough base that your average listener doesn’t need one. No really, the bass is thumping and most are not missing out on a dedicated 8” sub whilst benefiting from the larger more stylish speaker. But someone like me will always be wondering how each of the 2.0 systems would sound with a subwoofer. In terms of watts the 350DB claims total 150W. Any of these larger speakers surely would not want even an 8” sub.But if you’re willing to send £399, the extra volume in a large room might be perfect for an 8” or dare I say it 10” sub.As by now these speakers are mighty loud even with their incorporated woofer.I personally think the highest end of these speakers needs a 6” mid woofer and 10” woofer, for the biggest of rooms and with s lower x-over.There is another option at least for me. I have been powering these with a Fiio K5 Pro desktop DAC/Amp (the one with the old chip damnit!). When I say “amp” it wouldn’t power any passive speakers even at £100 very well. But I had it previously connected to the cheap but interesting Donner 4”s. The speakers are 40W each, have balanced or RCA inputs, and a USB input I connect to my phone. The interesting bits are the +/- 4 db for basically reducing bass when close to a wall. And another similar for “RF Trim”?Which is nice again, but high end features like this and balanced inputs are wasted on a £100 speaker - Unless that speaker is class leading for the price point, which it isn’t.They sound ok, on a computer the frequencies like awful.Anyway my point is, as well as being used as a 1 channel amp with optical/coax/TCA in…This is an entry level £150 DAC unless you buy the 2022 model with the greatly improved upon what was already a good chip… it’s a powerful DAC designed primarily for computer use not portability but powering high sensitivity cans with no noise. Even amplifying active speakers or desktop sized satellites.Well the 350DB is better than any computer speakers I’ve seen and the wonderfully crafted wooden Edifier 350DB speakers ARE virtually the size of desktop speakers so I’m comparing them.Returning to the Fiio DAC, and most don’t do this. But the often unmentioned “feature” of this DAC is that when you plug in your Sennheisers, the music continues to play from its RCA out. In fact it’s entirely unchanged, unlikely any typical amp/DAC device that would play one or the other. This leaves me the option of running the headphone out to some RCAs, something I’ve tested with my former old Donner 4” bookshelf “Monitors”.And sure enough, the DAC can power via it’s RCA outs and headphone out simultaneously with no delay. Now I’d never ruin the Edifier by combining the Donners, as much as I liked them for £100 they would spoil the superior SQ and sound stage created by the Edifiers. When I did test it just for future possibilities it worked fine with a decent quality AUX to RCA cable. I turned the Donners as low as possible as they’re bigger than the Edifiers and whilst they could borrow some midrange of the larger 4” woofer. If it were possible my now 4.1 system went very loud indeed which is not what I desired. And I would sooner have the imperfect Edifiers over the louder and muddier Donners. So if you don’t already see where I’m going this, I would choose to buy the S2000 Pros driven by my Fiio K5 Pro DAC. Then with the AUX to RCA cables in the headphone jack, I’d connect the Edifier 350DB 3.1 system. In a very large room I might add.. I want both systems running in 4.1 and adjust the levels where necessary.Note: A simpler option is buying the 1000DB, 2000DB, 2000DB Pro and MK II. Then using the DAC as mentioned to buy a standalonel Edifier sub such as the T5.As be warne, there is no SUB OUT on these 2.0 channel speakers. I’d personally an 8” or 10” option, especially if there’s manual X overs, LPF, gain etc. I believe T6 is only £189.Which one was I reviewing again? Oh the 350DB. Yes, buy them both if you have a huge room and neighbours you disrespect.

Unlucky purchaser!
I think I’m the unlucky one. I bought this as my old one is getting a little tired and weary. I plugged this in to a docking station and then to my monitor (just like the old one). The laptop recognised it but the monitor didn’t so it’s absolutely useless to me. Tried all troubleshooting I can find but the website Amazon provide doesn’t work for me. Unfortunately a waste of money and will try and return.

It does the job
I bought this as a 'sacrificial cable' to go on the end of a 30m VGA cable. Said cable is regularly connected and disconnected from a data projector which eventually results in the pins being damaged. With this little cable added on the end it means that next time the pins are damaged all I have to replace is the short extension not the whole 30m cable, which saves money, but most importantly it saves a lot of time and effort removing and replacing the long cable.
