I was hesitant to purchase this expensive contact paper without any reviews but it is BEAUTIFUL!!!! My gosh, it looks so real, you can hardly tell my desk is a crappy Ikea desk. I purchased this one specifically because the dimensions were adequate for my 5x2.5 desk and the pattern was very realistic, versus the cheaper options that looked, well, cheap. This paper does not look cheap at all, and it has made my desk the envy of my office by far. Some tips and things to note:1) You will need help to apply this, especially on a large surface (like a desk). Have the other person hold the free end while you pull the transfer paper off and smooth it down2) Use some kind of tool (don't buy a special one - I used a notebook but all you need is something long with an edge) to smooth it as you place it down3) The paper itself is pretty thin, so I would not recommend putting this directly onto a dark wood or other dark surface. Paint it first, or the color WILL show through (My desk was a light grain "wood" so it worked perfectly, but I covered some cardboard boxes as well and it shows through a little).4) If you're applying on a smooth surface (like a cheap Ikea desk) it peels back up and re-sticks well, so don't worry if you mess it up. Just carefully peel it back up and try again. However, on a rougher surface (like a cardboard box) it does NOT peel back up - you have one chance, so be careful!I'd buy this stuff again in a heartbeat! It's worth the money for the beautiful pattern. I want to put it on everything! It also shipped very fast despite originally being from Korea. 10 stars!

I covered my old black computer desk with the marble contact paper. It made my table look new and a lot better than it was originally. I also spray painted the legs in gold before I applied it. It is super glossy. It does not feel cheap. I wish it came in bigger sizes because it did not cover my table completely so I had to cut a small strip to cover it. The seam is noticeable but I covered it with my lamp and pencil organizer so that the seam will not be so apparent.I also bought the marble contact paper from Lowes. It was $7 but it is not glossy nor as thick as the amazon one.

Really nice looking and super easy to cut and use! My main worry was bubbling and I didn't experience it at all. I covered my cheap bedside table drawers with it and they look much more expensive now. Haven't had any peel off problems either.

its heavy grade paper, shiny, and it works great on my end tables and desk. my end table had gouges on it from moving. the paper was heavy enough to cover the gouges. it looks so good, my neighbors are impressed.

I would have given this product five stars because it is just what I wanted to cover an old coffeetable. But it was difficult to manage because it was too sticky...stuck to itself on first try ...impossible to unstick and replace it on the table surface. Probably okay for wallstickery whatever that is.

My kitchen looked really bad until I decided to purchase this product. The design was really nice but when i started applying it on the countertop It gave me a hard time. The installation was hard and it is definitely not a one person job. The worst part was getting rid of the bubbles. Overall i got the look I wanted even though it gave me a hard time. I am satisfied with the look I got.

This was doable for what I needed it for. I think that I was disappointed because it wasn’t the one I thought I was ordering. I ordered one in the past that was super shiny and had a brilliant sparkle effect. This one was just basic.
