Low cost and was not hard to install
I see reviews having issues with getting them setup, but my setup was very fast and easy. To install it, I simply downloaded the "Smart Life" app with the blue house icon. I started the app and setup an account. Then I opened the cover on the device by twisting the top a small amount and removing the top. Then I pulled out the plastic tab from the battery so it would power on. It immediately went in to setup mode with a flashing light. Then I clicked on Add Device in the app. I choose the sensor tab on the left and choose water detector. It found the device quickly. After I had it setup, I closed the app and tested it by putting the probe in water and sure enough my phone started an alert which was a continuous alert sound instead of a single alert beep (which is good). My only concern is how often I will need to replace the CR-2 battery. The app says it will alert you when the battery needs to be replaced. The instructions say every 6 months, so I may look at hard wiring a small power supply at some point. But the price and functionality is hard to beat.PS. If your device is not going directly in to setup mode, the instructions also tell you how to press and hold the little reset button down for 6 secs to get in to smart setup mode and if you need to use AP mode (where you connect to its WiFi directly) you can then press the reset button again 6 more seconds. I did not have to do either of them the first time I set it up.

Much needed piece of mind...
I have a WiFi plug in my garage running a small sub-pump and was getting tired of CONSTANTLY using my cellphone to turn it ON and OFF when needed. This H20 Sensor uses the same software as my WiFi plugs so setup to turn the plugs ON when water was detected and then OFF after the water was dissipated was a snap!

Good little device
It wasn't too bad to setup. The manual missed a few steps but was much better than your typical Chinese instructions. I tested the sensor by running it under the faucet and it quickly sounded. Device is not very loud, but the phone sets are good. You'll likely hear the phone first anyway.

Hot water leak perfect detection.
One of my favorite electronic devices to come along in years worked perfectly when my hot water heater leaked alerting me to leak and averting disaster.

Buyer Beware
This was a primitively made device for its cost. The directions were also lacking. I figured it out but it never connected with my wifi. There were no numbers to call or help sections. No real brand name. Buyer beware

Product works great
The sensor does just what it's supposed to do, works great, good value for the money ($30), instructions are pretty horrible but searched online programming and got help, it was a snap after that.

Buyer Beware
I bought this device because of good reviews and ease of installation reviews. It doesn't work. As others have said, no phone number/website/company name on directions. I installed app, but it never connected with device. Cannot return according to Amazon.
