I went with this company because I ordered a bit late and other companies said it wouldn't come until after Christmas. I found this company and it GUARANTEED it would arrive on December 24th. I was very happy because I could have it for Christmas as a gift for my mother-in-law from her grandson. I checked on the 24th and at 3:00pm it said it was arriving that day no later than 8:00pm. When I checked again at 6:00pm I got a message telling me the package was delayed and now I would be getting it AFTER CHRISTMAS! I was so mad because up until 5 hours prior it said it was arriving on the 24th. I thought about cancelling the order but it had my son's picture on it and I still wanted an extra gift for my mother-in-law. The message kindly said it would arrive most likely a day or two late (it came on the 26th) but that was little comfort because I needed it BEFORE Christmas. We ended up coming to grandma's with a gift card instead of a gift she would actually enjoy.When it did arrive, I was surprised to see the globe is actually cheap plastic. It was thick and didn't look like it would break but I mistakenly assumed the globe would be ceramic and a little higher quality. The only saving grace was the picture on the globe. At first when I looked at it, it didn't really look like my son and was not happy. Then we plugged it in and lit up the globe and it was a very nice picture of my son and looked just like him. Overall I was happy with the picture on the globe which is the ONLY reason I didn't return it. I wont be doing business with this company again!

It’s one of her cherished memories of she and my daughter. Hands down I would purchase another one. The shipping was lengthy. I ordered it on December 5, 2019 and it arrived in Jan 8, 2020. Customer service was excellent. They helped me track the item and were willing to offer a full refund since it may have gotten lost. This item was shipped from China to the U.S. which might have been the biggest delay due to the Holidays.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I purchased this as a gift for a wedding. It is absolutely stunning and beautiful! Was not sure how it was going to look the final product I mean. It is a very interesting plastic. I could not comment on the battery life since we just got it and I did give it to them as a gift so I have no idea how long the battery life will be. You do have to push the plug in a little hard before it will charge but it did charge and came with the remote where I could change the colors along with the speed of how they work. I am very very happy with this purchase!

This is a beautiful and thoughtful personalized gift!!! We personalized our moon nightlight with words and a personal picture. We ordered ours right before Christmas and were given a date about 10 business days folowing our order date plus a few days due to the Christmas and New Year's holiday. This product was produced in China, but even so, it came on the second day possible within a 2 week delivery window that we were given upon receipt of our order. I felt that given this was a completely custom order, placed a week before Christmas, it still arrived in what I felt was a very short amount of time.It comes with a USB charging cable and a wooden stand. The charging cable DOES NOT come with with a WALL PLUG, but it DID say that one was NOT included in the item description.This is a really beautiful and different, personalizable gift for anyone. I highly recommend this company for producing a quality product to my specifications in a short time.Thank you!!

It looks cheep and I thought it was going to etch the image into the ball. But instead it's a cutout placed on it. An the cutout wasn't even smoothly cut. It was all jagged. Really disappointed.

I was concerned about how long it was taking for this to arrive. When the box came I opened it up and was very disappointed at the moon and the photo on it....UNTIL I LIT IT UP! WOW ! I was so excited to give this to my son and his wife for Christmas. There are so many colors it can change to and different brightnesses. This is a truly beautiful and unique gift. It is beautiful in their bathroom as a night light. We are very happy with this and highly recommend it.

Perfect etch of picture with background taken out. Customer services is awesome, fast courteous. Impeccable service! With mail transportation I worried I'd never get the item, customer service gave me all tracking info. I messaged them 4 times, each time I recieved an answer within 12 hrs of the time I messaged which was usually evening. Thank you for a great product and great customer service to back this product up. Great gift idea!

The tracking showed Dec 20-24th. I received on Jan 3rd. When I opened the box the light was on. The touch sensor on the bottom is very sensitive. I used the remote to turn it off and repacked the box since it is a gift and before I could wrap it the light was on again. The instructions in the box are not helpful when trying to figure out how to turn it off. The light is very cool and is made of what appears to be good quality, and the engraving of the photo is good, but the switch is annoying. And the really late shipping was frustrating.
