Great product

Love the way this cooks. I use it on everything I cook whether baking or frying.

Love its flavor and high smoke point. Sits right buy my stove.

No real issues with this product so far. I am sure it is processed by cartels somewhere in the line, but overall it's a fine couple of bottles. I really can't stand oils in plastic bottles for consumption, so the fact they still use glass is a cut above the garbage. Decent price as well.

PHD weight loss program suggested I use avocado oil. I ordered primal kitchen pure avocado oil and love it!

Good product. I take a tbl. Spoon of Avoc. oil with a tbl. of cod liver oil right before bedtime. The avoc. oil insures maximum absorbsion of the cod L. oil which is fat soluble. The cap on the Avoc. Oil bottle is defective and very difficult to get off. Had to take a sharp cutter to the lower part of the cap to try and separate somewhat the 2 parts of the cap. Then place a vice clamp on the lower part of the cap and then a pliers on the top half to unscrew the cap , damaging the cap in the process !!! This needs to b addressed !

I received two glass bottles of avacado oil. They were very well packaged to minimize the chances of breaking in transit. The oil has a somewhat neutral taste, it is not going to affect the taste of the dish in any negative way. I want the avacado oil especially when I am cooking in a hot pan, as the smoke point is fairly high compared to olive oil. At the same time I understand that it is a healthier oil than many of the alternatives. My one criticism is that the screw top caps are extremely lame, so you need to buy a reusable pour spout (I bought a pack of 2 for $8).

Love the high heat availability of this oil.

This oil is good for frying at a high temperature. It has no specific taste. Unfortunately, it is quite expensive, so you will have to use it sparingly.
