Good stuff, easy on tummy and nice taste. I never expect any extra boost from BCAA's as long as you stay strictly on diet and train, you never need any extra boost. I only take it as it is on good amino acid ratio 2:1:1 , as well as additional l-glutamine and potassium. To sum up, it is a total good blend. Use it with daily diet , I don't recommend it to use with creatine. Lemon/lime flavour is by far the best.

Amazing taste!
I don’t give 5 reviews because I don’t feelYet it has helped me with fatigue but the flavour blood orange is super! And I will buy again!

Scivation Xtend BCAA Powder - Blood Orange
Scivation have some of the best flavours. Blood Orange is my favourite. Deleivery was prompt. You can find the product a few £££'s cheaper on Body Building Sites, however the delivery times are longer. Exfellent Product Highly Recommended.

Headaches - a real shame because otherwise excellent
Really sorry to write this review because I initially loved Xtend BCAA in Blood Orange. I am only writing in case others experience unusual auras or headaches. I do not get headaches and I started to get them. I suspected a link with the product and stopped using it for a week - headaches went away. I then introduced it and drank one scope with a pint of water. Within 20 minutes I had a nasty aura in my head and slightly impaired vision in my left eye. I tried again the next day same one scoop with a pint of water and 20 minutes a nasty migraine type headache. I have stopped using it - no more headaches. I might try once again to test it because I don't wish to blame the product unnecessarily.

Great flavour
This has a great profile of ammo acids with a few additions to it to get you through a workout. I use it in a 2.2lt bottle with one scoop and taste awesome. No bad after taste no grainy texture in the mouth after its dissolved. Probably one of my favourite flavours from them

Great product, blood orange tastes lovely. Tip- add to water, if done the other way round does not dissolve so well.
