This L-Theanine product by Bronson is fantastic for helping me fall asleep and preparing my body for rest, whether it's been a long day or a relaxed one. I stop taking this because my doctor gave me progesterone to help with sleep. Progesterone definitely helps, but when I added back this product, my sleep was more restful, and I fell asleep within 20 minutes of hitting the pillow. I slept my sleep timer on my TV for 30 minutes and I fall asleep before that which is not usual for me. I feel like having this product with decaf Sleepytime tea or something like that is a good routine for a lot of busy working moms who need to wind their minds down at night

This is a good product and fairly priced. I have ordered it several times and will do again as needed.

This product is great for the price and effective. It does produce a general feeling of well-being. It calms the mind and soothes the mood over all. However I noticed that taking it too frequently or too much of it caused somewhat of a tired grogginess. Anything in excess is not good. I was trying to incorporate it multiple times a day on a daily basis but have now resorted back to only consuming it when I need immediate momentary relief. Great price, good product. Worth the time and money.

I love this brand because I already take the Milk Thistle for my liver.. but I tried this product with a combo of the Ashwaganda from Bronson and within an hour I was so sleepy that my whole body was like shut down. My main downside is how wired my brain was!!!! Not sure if that’s this product or the other. I was so exhausted but my brain wouldn’t let me sleep. That being said, I have really bad insomnia and wake up throughout the night and when I finally did fall asleep I WAS OUT. And I had a really hard time waking up which is super annoying. It also made me really groggy for almost the whole next day.. Not sure how to feel about this product but if your plans are for sleep then I would say give it an go!! Everyone’s body is different and it doesn’t hurt to try!!

This really works if i get the blues. If i notice that I’m getting a bit down in the dumps, i start taking this supplement. It truly does the trick. I’m not sure how or why it works but it certainly does.

Wouldn't be without this L-Theanine. It helps so much with helping a person to relax. Great to take to help you drift off to sleep. The capsules are small so they are easy to swallow.

Flat out this product hasn’t worked for me, unlike other brands that I’ve tried. I can’t get that relaxed, calm feeling I had using 1 capsule of a different brand

Do not buy sending products which is expire before you use it it’s for 12 month pack but it’s gonna expire in 7 month as one per day only

Expiry date is November 2020 and the dose is 1 per day and the bottle has 360 capsules which is ridiculous
