Lots of fresh cinnamon flavor. No bite on the tongue. No burn in the stomach. The elderberry elixir had excellent reviews from guest taste testers.

The spice is great, as I expect McCormick spice to be. However, this was shipped to me in a plastic bubble bag that had evidently been smashed as the plastic lid on the spice bottle was cracked. I had to transfer the cinnamon to another bottle and throw the original bottle into the recycling bin.

I can not get this kind of cinnamon in my small town, so super happy that Amazon carries it. This cinnamon is fragrant, and it tastes so good! It isn't as "sharp" as some cinnamon, but has more complex taste.

Very good quality. A little goes a long way. The only thing is the holes on the top of the bottle could be a little smaller, they're a little big for the fineness of the powder and makes too much come out at once. You have to be very careful how you shake it.

Uses this for cinnamon sugar cookies. The flavor. Was awesome! Will buy again.
