Poteet Country Winery Blackberry Sweet Reserve 750 mL

This is an extremely sweet wine. In the description of the wine I thought it would be mildly sweet. I would recommend this wine to someone who enjoys very very sweet wine.

Bought the Blackberry and a bottle of Texas Red. Both excellent. Texas Red is a dry, slightly sweet red wine. If you have trouble ordering, call the winery directly. This is a family business and these folks are great. I spoke with Tom Walker, the winemaker and he was very helpful. His wife, Ginger is a wonderful lady. American made wine, from deep in the heart of Texas made with Texas fruit. I enjoyed it very much!

This full bodied Blackberry Wine is certainly a favorite. Poteet Winery has captured the fruit character of the blackberries and captivated this customer and friends! Blackberries that thrive in the rugged soil and harsh climate of South Texas offer a little part of paradise. The best fruit makes the best wine-it's that simple. Cheers Y'all!

This wine was clear, clean, refreshing and so enjoyable. We were given a bottle and can't wait to get more. I love that it's a local winery!Please buy some and enjoy!
