Not what i expected.
The size of the watch is more of a woman style. The images on amazon projected so big making the screen seems big but after getting it i realise its very small/tiny face. I wanted something bigger.No issues with usage though i wont lie. When i receive sms text on phone, the watch vibrates and displays sms.Connects to app and bluetooth on first try. Make sure you charge it. It has no buttons which annoyed me. Slide screen left or right to navigate through menu. It is a nice watch and you may like it. Just not the style or UI i was looking for. I want a smartwatch not a half smartwatch. I will add $50 more and get something expensive and worth it i guess.Will be returning.

I like the watch, software needs to be improved.
Good things. I like the watch. The step count, heart rate and blood pressure seem accurate enough. Battery life is very good. Easy to setup. Phone and message notification work. Display brightness is good. Sleep tracking also seems to work correctly.Bad things. Watch face changes whenever it wants. I have not been able to select the watch face I want. I have not been able to recall messages. Bluetooth connection is not as strong as my previous fitbit. I have not been able to connect to the IOS Health app.I hope for a firmware or software upgrade. The bad things I listed may be fixed by an upgrade. The problems could be my fault.

Helping hand
Bought in 2020, glad that I did needed . It took a moment for me to operate it took the time. 2/1/2021 watch stopped working no sign of life, I plugged it up and walked away. 4/1/2120 thought I seen a spark left it plugged up. 5/1/2021 the watch came back to life, hit reset and working perfectly. For some reason this watch needed to be left on charging for extended period of time. Not recommending this to anyone else but it worked for me. I was truly upset when it stopped working but now it's going strong.

Broken
We bought two watches. Mine works fine, my wife's however stopped working. It lasts maybe a day whereas mine lasts 2-3 weeks. Her watch no longer notifies her when she receives texts, emails, messenger messages etc. We've tried everthing from updating software, uninstalling / reinstalling, unlinking and relinking... we are at a loss and don't know how to contact seller for a replacement.

Good product but not water proof!
The product is not water proof. I accidentally swam for less than 2 minutes with it and it turned off and never operated again. There is no warrantee and no way to contact the supplier.

It is super large.
I am a small framed woman and I couldn't wear it. My husband considered it and even he felt like it stood too far above his wrist.

Need a replacement ASAP!
It is broken(not working . it is black , no lights ) its home broken/ stop working suddenly,Don’t know what to do with it.Do advise!
