Medical scissor and pen light combo is great
Good quality medical scissors with very strong, good quality "pen light" that works great in the field. I would count this as a flashlight, not a pupil assessment light unless you want to blind the crap out of people. I mean.... it's an LED light. You can also use the light as an emergency light since there's a pulse mode.

Scissors good LED pen light bad
Scissors function as they should the LED pen died first time I went to use it. Tried to get it working again with no luck.

The scissors are the right size to fit in my scrub pocket and not too heavily weighted or bulky, and nicely fit my hands, as well. The pen light is awesome! Super bright, especially for this night-shifter, when I don't want to turn on more than necessary! And fun options included.Most importantly, I supported a small business - and you can, too!

NOT FOR EYES
Flightlight is NOT FOR USE ON EYES!!! I missed that information before buying it. Light is very bright and third press on button creates a strobe effect. Perfect flashlight to keep in a car or in an emergency kit. Shears appear high quality and sharp.

Great scissors
My son sprained his ankle playing basketball and has had to wrap it tightly on athletic tape prior to each game and practice. These scissors worked perfectly and made cutting the tape off very easy without worry of getting cut.

Very bright and durable
Scissors are smaller than I would like. I didn’t expect the pen light THAT I SHINE INTO MY PATIENT’S EYES to have a strobe light on there. So now I use it as my camping flashlight.
