They provided areas for future research for people for all who have interest in educational leadership. This makes the book an outstanding book for all who want to have deeper knowledge about educational leadership, develop and support educational development in the 21st century. I recommend this book for all in educational leadership.

Dimmock and Walker have done a great job examining the concept of culture from different dimensions. The book is enjoyable and is full of case studies from Singapore and Hong Kong about the effect of culture on implementing educational policies. The book was of great assistance to me although I had no prior experience or background about educational leadership.
