The best transitional sleep sack!
I love all Halo products. They just work for our little guy! He started with the Halo swaddle- the Velcro one and I swear it was the ONLY swaddle that worked for him - finally started giving us 6 hour stretches. Once he started rolling, I took his arms out of that swaddle but unfortunately he’s long and grew out of it! I was super bummed and nervous he’d never sleep in anything else but enter this incredible transitional sleep sack!!! He sleeps GREAT in it. It’s so soft and keeps him cozy but not too hot in a 72-74 degree room. Thinking about buying another!

Perfect for helping our son sleep!
This transition swaddle is perfect for helping our 3-month-old son transition into regular sleep sacks. He actually sleeps better with this sleep sack than he did with his swaddles near the end. He is 15.5 lb and 26 in long, and the medium swaddle fits him perfectly. The sleeves are short (3/4 length), but long enough to keep his arms a little bit restricted so that he can't flail around. We'll probably get more for this in-between season.

Such a great option for transitioning out of a swaddle
We have been using this sleep sack for the past four months, ever since we had to stop swaddling. Our baby LOVED her swaddle, so I knew it was going to be rough. I thought I would give this sleep sack a try, and I am so glad we did! She sleeps so well in it! It is soft and quilt-like, and is heavy enough for cool weather but not too warm. We used it over the summer months and our baby didn't need anything on outside of her diaper. As the weather is starting to get more chilly, I have her in a onesie or sleep-n-play inside of it. I am actually really sad that she is outgrowing the size small, and I am thinking about buying it in the next size up so she can have one to wear during the winter months. I also really loved that it zips both from the top and bottom, so I can quickly change her diaper during late-night feeds without having to get her all the way out of it. Also, the zipper ends are covered in more fabric so baby can't get poked by them accidentally, which I appreciate. It washes well and I haven't noticed any shrinkage or other issues. Very happy with this purchase!

Best transition swaddle for 6mo+
After reading the reviews of everyone saying it’s the best transition swaddle, I thought it would be good but didn’t know it would be magic!! Our baby is 6 months and the only way he would sleep through the night is if he was swaddled. We tried many other transition swaddles and he would wake up every hour. The first hour in this he startled himself 4-5 times which would’ve normally woke him up, but he fell back asleep so easily each time. The first night he gave us a 7 hour stretch before waking up and the second night he gave us a 9 hour stretch. Worth every penny!!!! It says the arms are stiff which helps with the startle reflex and when I took it out of the package they didn’t feel as stiff as I thought so I was worried but they work SO good. He’s 17lbs and we got the medium size and it’s perfect. He has lots of room to grow to so we’ll be using this until he grows out of it 🙏🏼

Worked to transition baby out of swaddle!
This has been super helpful for getting baby to transition and she's sleeping from 7:30 pm to 7:30 am! Our pediatrician wanted our baby out of her swaddle at 3 months because of flat head and we were nervous about her arms being out. First night we tried it, she was waking herself up with the startle reflex so we went back to her old swaddle and instead, decided to try this with her naps. We did a week of naps - slowly would use this for each nap instead of her old swaddle and start with one nap in it and then increase each day. Finally on Friday she did all her naps in it, and we said let's try night time again and wouldn't you know, she slept the whole night and didn't even wake us to eat (I would give her one extra feed during the day so that helped).Don't expect this to be like a Merlin - it's not and our pediatrician prefers that because she told us the Merlin can cause flat head since baby isn't mobile in it. I would recommend trying some sleep training while transitioning to this, and by that I mean doing a bedtime routine, teaching baby to self soothe with a paci and then getting them to use their hand to suck on in case they wake themselves. We would rock baby a little bit before putting her down but would make sure she was still awake before laying her down and I think that helped with overall getting her to sleep through the night. Do note: this transition sleep sack is warm but it's been cold this winter so it's been great for cooler weather.

Cannot recommend enough!
Love it! Baby had a smooth transition to this sleep sack and it did not disrupt her sleep pattern going from swaddled to this. My baby was very small and we got the smaller size, but it was still a bit big on her (she’s now 13lbs and barely filling it out). Love the 2 way zip for easy diaper changes, and the sleeve length is perfect for her to be able to suck her thumb to soothe herself at night.
