Everything was perfect. Except the color is not what it looked like in the pictures. It looked like the whole case was a really pretty red. But only the sides are red. The rest of the case (the majority) is a dull reddish-almost-orangish color in soft cotton. I thought it would be all red and shiny looking, not matte. Other than that, it's great! Protects my laptop really well.
