These brushes are a must have for every artist! The quality is amazing! They work like magic on watercolor paper which is 100% cotton/300gsm.The only small drawback is the metal wires on the ferrule that make it a little uncomfortable when I hold the brush. Apart from that, they are definitely worth the investment : )

As a begginer i found this brush super nice. Water holding capacity is good. Proffesional brush i would say.

It is just a dream come true to me to own a brush set which is truly made for watercolor. The natural hair brush beautifully crafted at this price is beyond my imagination. Thanks to creative hands for bringing it to us. Its performance is as for as feather on the paper, the delicacy with which watercolor should be executed.The big size mop brush is ideal for laying layers and big washes. The smaller ones serve their purpose in numerous ways.

The brushes are any watercolour artist's dream, especially if you are more into landscape or nature related themes. Comparing to other brushes available in the market these sizes are b-i-i-i-g. For example the zero brush is thicker than a size 8 Camlin watercolur brush. The volume at the base and the precision tip allows you to spread the colour as well as add thin lines and texture. When dry the tips may look frazzled but as soon as you dip into water, it becomes needle tipped.The brushes do need attention. It is difficult to make out if this is natural fibre or not, but it does retain moisture, unlike the synthetic brushes, so every time you use it, don't leave it in water for too long or the bristles will become soft and start tearing off. You will need to wash it properly, dab it in a cotton cloth very nicely and keep it open on the table top for a few hours before you box it up and put it away. If you observe carefully, each fibre becomes somewhat swollen up when put in water to become pliable and this stage too much of rubbing breaks the hair off. It is similar to our hair breakage; it does not actually loosen from the stub base, but breaks midway. When you dry it properly each fibre becomes thin again but looks stubby. I love these brushes. The brushes are very light and the handles are long and slim.One downside (and I hope the manufacturers will resolve this in future) is that the wires which bind the stub somewhat pricks the finger making it comfortable. My quick fix was to use some plastic household flex-tape to cover the area and it works just fine.

i am very satisfied with the product. the hair is very smooth and holds so much water. the biggest size brush is perfect with no doubt. and the best thing is that they hold their tip which is why i do not need to change brushes constantly. very comfortable to hold and perfect length. worth the prize. i recommend :-]

Perfect for water colours, it has very soft hair. Also hold huge amount of water. Just a little hairfall at first. Overall... awesome product

The product qualities is very good and price is reasonable delivery also is neat packing and correct time delivery, I am recommend this product value for money

Brushes are good quality but do shed 1-3 hairs with each use. One thing is the water retention is high but doesnt easily translate to paper when painting so a lot of wastage of pigment when cleaning the brushes. Shape is fine.Given the Brustro brand I expected better as there are smilar quality brushes in market at lesser pric (not on Amazon) which I discovered after wards.Am using these till they last but will not buy again or recommend.
