Looks stunning up. Install was easy. Note instructions for sleeve / expansion bolts lack a little...instert bolt into hole, tighten up bolts till you can't tighten them any further ....loosen nut, remove nut circlip washer and one of the larger washers. Now put bracket onto bolts (note the two raised grooves go to the bottom) tighten up bolts. My son and I installed this 3.5 meter awning in less than two hours ( this included adjusting arms and pitch...I am a 57 yr old lady) . Quality of unit for price is excellent, all components are well made . Note, if installing on pebbledash, use a small chisel and chip out a few stones for each bracket foot...this allows a nice level footing and prevents your drill bit sliding off a stone and into a neibouring hollow. I have had so many lovely comments about this canopy...it really is well worth the money

The fixings are not long enough. We had to buy longer ones, however I'm very pleased with the awning. it looks good.

Love this awning staff were fantastic with any questions and replied promptly. I had a product issue with 1st one they organised replacing with in couple of days. Very good strong product just wind it out covers a big area and wind it back. Never use in high winds. Respect the awning and will give years of service. Gives shade and is very waterproof.

Highly recommend, i bought it 4 years ago and keep going strong. What i would recommend is use a cover and silicone the screws hold it in the wall if not covered from rain. So they wont rust. I would assume 10 plus years from them.

I did a huge amount of research into electric awnings before purchasing this. I was quoted £6000 + to have one fitted but found the DIY market fairly limited. Anyway, I can not fault the awning, the purchase cost or the communication from TG Outlet. The awning is nicely made, has a great fi ish, looks smart and has a very quiet, smooth motor to operate it. I would have no problem recommending.

Terrible experience, I bought this item less than two years ago and it doesn’t work !!! I I spent a lot of money on it. I only used 4 times I think. I have contacted the seller many times for guidance and nothing, radio silence!!! The item is still in warranty, I would suggest not to buy anything from this company.

There are a few places on the frame that have not been paint coated so I'm sure these will rust, however, we only saw this once we were installing it and due to its heavy weight we had help to install so didn't want the hassle of returning it. The left bracket was also not working but my son managed to alter it - so if you have an engineer son you should be okay! It looks nice up and the handle mechanism works very well so easy to get it up and back in again. It's been up for a short time and has already faded distinctly along the scalloped edge which is disappointing. We have to wind it all the way in when there us any wind at all. It does seem water resistant as stated which is good and it's certainly nice to have up in this fabulous heat we're now having.
