I do like this and anything that is going to help me with my posture, can only be a bonus, as I am getting old and the burden of life is weighing heavy on my shoulders curving my back under the intense pressures and stress of modern day living. This does the job and straightens you up and pushes your shoulders back. It is adjustable but I have found it to dig in a little, when it is tighter to help correction. If you use it regularly it would hopefully get me into the habit of walking tall and straight, but unfortunately, it doesn't come with commitment. You do need to wear it often to benefit and although I do want to use it as much as possible, the truth is most of the time, I can't be bothered or I forget. This I blame on myself though and not the product, but if you don't have will power or commitment then it may sit in a draw.

I’ve had this back brace since the new year and I have to say, after buying a few others since, this was definitely the best out the lot.Really helps with lifting, not too much of a strain and keeps my back in place. Only con is, the arm straps are very rubbing and I need to wear it over clothes but even then, I get rubbing marks under my arm pits. Even when I’ve loosened it.And it’s gone a little curled up around the belt despite hand washing and drying on its own.

I used it for support my back (back pain, diagnosed with vertebral problems)I tried various other products but this one is the most confortable and a good support!

The product came with no instructions on how to be used included. It was just thrown inside a cheap plastic bag and put in a box, as if someone had just picked it up from a charity shop and posted it.
