Peter and the Whimper-Whineys Paperback – April 9, 2010

This is a great message for kids who are Whitney or don’t always appreciate what they have. My kids enjoy this story!

Have read this book a number of times. Havent seen an overall change in the whining but it did make her (my six year old) stop and think even if for a moment.

I was looking for a good book on whining for a kindergarten class that had quite a few students that were whining and driving their teacher crazy. This one was not good.

This is my new favorite book to read to my 4 yr old who is going through the whine-about-everything and gotta-have-my-way stage. It was an instant improvement on the whining- he doesn't want to go live with the whimper-whineys either! I love it! I'm gonna buy copies for all my friends with kids this age!

My 4 year old granddaughter asks me to read this book with her - repeatedly! Sherry has a great talent for writing a story with a message in rhyme. Kids love hearing the rhymes and I love 'sharing' the important messages with them. These books are my favorite gift for my grandmother friends.

I don't know why, but this book really freaked out my kids. I didn't think it was scary at all, but then, I'm an idiot.

perfect for whiny bossy 3 year old. Just bringing up this book helps after reading it with my 3 year old..
