Cracking knife!
Really happy with this purchase! Very well made, super sharp, nice and light and a nice handle to grip. I’ve been using it to prep game, mainly pheasants and pigeons and it’s the perfect size and length to get in to carve out breast meat.

Compre este cuchillo para filetear pescados yo sola. Como primera vez me hido muy bien. Ahora solo tengo que practicar. El premer pescado tenía 3 kilos. Hecho filetes mejor que la pescadera. Cuchillo parese de buena marca y de calidad.
