WOODBRIDGE T-0737 Toilet & Bidet

This review is specifically for Woodbridge T-0737 one piece toilet with built in electronic bidet. The reviews found here are obviously for all Woodbridge toilets, not just this model. I ordered and installed 2 units at our home, we already have 2 other electronic bidets on 2 other Kohler Riator one piece toilets and have been using them for many years.The form is beautiful, one piece smooth aerodynamic oval shape, rivals any of the $4000-$7000 modern toilets, just right for our modern all white décor and perfect for any mansions. The bidet fits perfectly forming a smooth oval spaceship like sculpture. A very beautiful art form by itself.The height is just right for 6’ tall male and shorter wife. The flushing is flawless with no mark. The sitting water level is good, a little on the low side but not as empty as those new annoying European toilets, the water level is perfectly fine. The tank top buttons work perfectly, instant flushing without delay. This does not have a deodorant feature, our 2 other bidets have deodorant feature, I notice no difference.The electronic bidet is perfect. Water pressure is gentle yet effective, seat warmer is a bit too hot for me at full level, I use level 2 out of 5 or 6, adjustable nozzle position is good, fan is powerful with adjustable heat. Massage function doesn’t do massage but moves ½” back and forth to handle a far more effective function, with minimum paper needed. The size and shape is a perfect fit for this spaceship like all white smooth oval toilet. Water tank is hidden in the overall over one piece art form.The installation was done by plumber, $400 for 2 toilets, including disposal of 2 older Kohler Riator toilets. One bathroom is 3 levels down, a bit of extra work by 2, as all these toilets are very heavy. Woodbridge unit is 152 Ibs. It took 1.5 hours to remove and install each toilet, plumber said it is very easy, no complication, I did not help.This Woodbridge T-0737 one piece toilet with built in electronic bidet is so wonderful, it is now the only one I use, it is like civilization just arrived here at home, even though we have 4 bidets at home. I immediately ordered 3 more Woodbridge T-0737 one piece toilet with built in electronic bidet, 1 for my office, 2 more for my son’s home.

This toilet is great and the shippers were courteous and prompt. Installation was a bit tricky especially if your sewage pipe is standard 24" from the wall. You need to carefully lower the toilet on the was ring while another person watches and guides you to get the bolts up through the mounting holes inside the back of the lower structure. Because it's one piece, the toilet id quite heavy so installation must be a careful procedure. Once installed it works as advertised and the handy remote is useful (we mounted ours on the wall in front of the user. The night light feature was a bonus and actuates automatically. So Far, so good. We'll give it a whirl (pun intended) for 6 months and then purchase another for our other bath if all is good. One slight niggle is that the water heater and air dry heater cause the LED and fluorescent lighting on the same power circuit to flicker a bit during operation. Once you get used to it it's no big deal.

The whole point I bought this was for the bidet which is horrible worked for 3 months then the water pressure cut to less the half to what it was I tried everything doesn’t work contacted Woodbridge no help going back to back with the same guy for months with no help at all extremely disappointed if I can give the less then a star I would but the actual toilet works good so 1 star goes to that bedet garbage ! With bad customer service

It's a really good product, except for a couple things. First, after a year or so, the remote stopped working. I wrote the company, they made me videotape a bunch of things, and then told me it was out of warranty. Then they said they didn't have any more remotes in stock. It's been over a year since that communication, and I still haven't heard anything about a working remote. You do need the remote to use the bidet most effectively. Second, anytime you need to remove the bidet to put down flooring, etc., the flooring, etc., people can't take it out like a regular toilet, which they are trained to do. Instead, you have to call your plumber--$100 minimum-- and coordinate workers and work times.

After touring Europe I knew I wanted a bidet for hygiene purposes at home in the USA. The Woodbridge #B0750 elongated toilet, and electronic toilet seat #BID01 are the Cadillac of bidet toilets. This toilet system allows me to feel shower fresh every time I use it.It has a rear cleaning wand, front cleaning wand for females, and a drying feature which significantly reduces and/or eliminates toilet paper usage. It also has a heated seat for cold winter mornings or nights. Once you use the massaging feature, you will love this product.This product has improved my quality of life in ways that are sometimes overlooked or shrouded in secrecy because this aspect of human biology is considered 'unmentionable'.

I spent a great deal of time researching options before making this purchase. I have wanted a toilet/bidet unit for several years. So, as we planned the remodel of our master bath, this product came to my attention. We had the bathroom professionally remodeled and and the bidet installed by the contractor. However, it is heavy and I did assist when it came time to set the base of the unit. Installation went very well with no surprises along the way.This is day two with our new Woodbridge and all I can say is this... I have been using the restroom incorrectly for my entire life. I no longer consider this a luxury purchase. To me, it is a must have and I do not look forward to using a restroom away from home. I plan to purchase two more of this model to install in the other bathrooms in our home.I find this to be extremely easy to operate and the quality of the unit seems to be top notch!*Update 4-5-21 Still extremely pleased with this product. So much so, that I am ordering three more for our new home that is currently being built. Could not imagine going back to toilet paper after using this toilet/bidet.
