Not the easiest assembly, but sturdy
I selected this model rather than the (likely easier to assemble) cloth basket models as I wanted something I could store my heavy makeup palettes in. The unit came with a tool, but we ended up opting for our electric screwdriver. It took two of us to hold some of the parts steady and some of the cam pieces were a bit of a bear to line up and get locked in. One of the drawers doesn't seem to quite sit right, there is a slight angle. We did take it out and make sure each piece was in the proper place. It's not so much that it looks awful or doesn't function, though. Overall the unit is sturdy and works exactly as I'd hoped. I will just keep my fingers crossed it lasts a while so I don't have to assemble another anytime soon.

So Many Pieces; Difficult To Put Together!!!
Love the completed file cabinet but the instruction book photos are much too small to identify many of the parts & the instructions are very limited. It took me 4 hours to put together. You might consider shipping it intact. Not worth $100 to work that hard putting it together.

30 minute assembly
Wasn't that hard to assemble if you have decent eyesight. If you're trying to assemble it and the screws are giving you left over space then you need to spin the silver pieces around again. They have a indent that lets the screw come in before it gets locked and tightened by that same piece. It's kind of weird but pretty useful once I thought about it.If they had a wider taller one I'd buy that too.

Not an easy build but so far a good product.
This wasn’t super easy to build, it took me some time to actually get it done. I do like the product now that’s it’s built and in use but I wouldn’t want to put together another one.

Great for minimal storage underneath an office desk.
Once the product is assembled, it is fantastic. I mention the assembly because it is quite long for such a small cabinet. Overall, the cabinet works great for a minimal storage under a desk. Obviously not the top of the line and shouldn't be expected to last more than a few years. Also works great for a bedside table.

Easy to assemble
I got this just a month ago and was impressed how easy it was to assemble. It took me just 15 minutes to put together as most of it comes pre assembled unlike my double dresser where I had to screw in the drawer rails. As for durability I'm expecting to last for years as it's as solid a rock.I'm going to get a second one too which will go under her computer desk as that's how impressed I am with it.

drawer quality is nothing worth 90 dollars
I purchased these know it was going to be very small but hopefully sturdy because i wasnt looking for anyhting to large. When I started assembeling it I already saw that this wasnt going to be sturdy at all there is no screwing it is all just joints joining together. In one month time when I went open the drawer the side popped out of the wood siding and from there I called amazon support

It crumbles as you try to assemble it
The sawdustboard this file cabinet is made from has all the structural integrity of the recycled-toilet-paper-cardboard box it comes in. It is packed well within said box, the parts are all there. But as soon as you begin to tighten the posts into the twist lock nuts required to assemble it, the thing begins to fall apart. It literally just crumbles. It's remarkable. I can't imagine why someone would make something so cheap that it can't even withstand its own assembly. I can't review the performance of the assembled file cabinet, as it wasn't able to make it stay together. I have put lots of cheap shelving together that used the same style of twist lock connectors. I understand how they're supposed to work. This thing makes Ikea look like Stickley. Just buy a cheap pre-assembled metal file cabinet and save the headache of having to repack the crumbling junk for return and vacuuming up the remnants.
