Samsung SHAPE Wireless Audio Speakers with Wireless Audio Hub

Poor product support. I have been trying for over a year to get the system to live up to how it is advertised. I purchased it in lieu of its competitor 8SONOS8. Manufacturer web site contains lots of information but seems to be organized and directed to cell phone users. Chat support recently told me that apps appearing on the current download site designed to support the product (windows based) do not work. Suggested utilizing another version of windows. Did that and it doesn't work either. Wound up with very expensive blue tooth speakers. Buy something else.

Speakers sound great but the software is terrible. Only thing I could get to work was Pandora and even then, the speakers would drop off the network randomly. Returned them and went with the more expensive Sonos system. I'd rather pay $1000 for a system that works than $500 for a system that doesn't.

The speakers work well and sound great, but the use of them for music controlled by iPad and then for TV speakers is not a smooth transition. You have to be sitting with the iPad and the TV remote in hand. It would be nice to have one control app that worked over both smoothly.Sync of the hub was pretty straight forward, but it was not clear that the sync had worked and I cannot tell if the units are running consistently through my wifi or the hub since i started with just 1 speaker.

This system sounds great. The box set price for two speakers and a hub is just a bit more than one would spend for a single speaker. Each speaker has its separate EQ settings for a very customized sound. Bass response is solid and high end is sharp and clear. I doubt my music has ever sounded this clear. I would like to have some way to include my old wired speakers into the system.
