This is NOT eco friendly. I am so beyond upset with this product right now. It even says "put down plastic" right on the plastic covered box.... with plastic covered bars inside it... I will not purchase again because of the packaging.

The product soaps up well and works decent. However the packaging was really upsetting. Lots of plastic packaging over the box and on each individual bar of shampoo. Seems very wasteful and unnecessary. Due to packaging I won’t purchase again.

I bought this on a whim but will buy again. The biggest reason why is because it does not break out my scalp in little blister bumps like other shampoo has for some time now. It lathers amazingly. On the down side when I opened the package it was crumbly and broke in two pieces, but after it got wet that wasn't a problem again. The fragrance is non existent although my hair smells nice, it just isn't an over powering perfume product. Again not a problem for me. Perfect for travel too.

Absolutely horrible i have had these bars for all of 5 min and almost all of them crumble apart we have not even been able to use them we opened the package to crumbles also they came in nice damage free boxes !!! I immediately submitted for a refund and i am returning these items!

I ordered these because of the price and there were some good reviews on them. Ordered came in very quickly from Amazon and I did not get a chance to use them for a while. I was using a big name box brand natural shampoo soap bar prior and I wanted to see how these compared. Like other reviewers, packaging was nice but they did use plastic wrap for the box and each shampoo bar. But I did not order it for being 100% earth friendly. I only used the lavander bar first and it did have a very light aroma. It is not overwhelming and will not last long after washing your hair. I did feel like the bar was flakey and would crumble like other reviewers mentioned, but mine stayed in tact. I loved that this bar lathers with minimal effort and you do not need to use a lot to wash your hair. However I would recommend to keep the bar in a container after each use to prolong the bar from melting. The bar I use is already getting soft and slimy in the plastic container I keep it in. May be you can air dry it in the sun to bring it back to its original condition. I dunno. But overall I love how good the bar lathers as I wash my hair. Hope it lasts a lot of washes.

Each bar was shrink wrapped in plastic, and those were in a box and the box was shrink wrapped in plastic. For a product that is supposed to be "eco friendly", that's a bad start. I needed a saws-all to get through the first plastic barrier. As I removed the second set of plastic that was shrink wrapped around the bar itself, the bar crumbled making it shampoo powder instead of a shampoo bar rendering it useless. Save your $3, its really not worth it. The company did sent it in a timely manner, though...

Scent goes away quickly. I've used shampoo bars before and these ones are crappy. The scent goes away quickly, they leave build up on your hair & I ended up getting a different shampoo within 1 week.Don't waste your money

100% would buy again. I put them in a reusable baggie or small container and take them with us when we go to the pool/water park. My teenage daughter has hair to her butt and lathers great! My boys love it. I broke one in half and split it between them. Lasts a long time. Once it gets wet you don’t have to worry about the crumbles. We still used the crumbles. And you can feel good knowing you’re not giving yourself or your littles harmful chemicals! Only thing I’m sad about is I went to stock up and it’s currently unavailable. Only thing I’d do different is open it with a sharp knife it’s packaged with recycled plastic and stretched tightly obviously so they didn’t use so much plastic. Thank you for making an amazing caring product and for making it so affordable.
