I've been using this product for the last 2 weeks and I absolutely didn't notice any changes in my anxiety and stress. It is pain in a neck because you have to remember to take it 3 times a day! Waste of 30$ for me.

This is probably good for most people, however it has Sam-E and for some reason Sam-e gives me terrible stomach aches, so I returned it.
