This is not an eco product! Beware. False description on the page, frankly it's outrageous that someone is so blatantly trying to capitalise on people's good intentions to protect the environment. It didn't feel like a natural fabric to touch upon arrival, so I read the box to check for more information. Eventually, among all the "eco" claims, I found a small print on the box that reads "the pads are made from gorgeous Bamboo velour cotton terry and polyester". Polyester is a synthetic petroleum-based fibre. It is not bio-degradable and will persist in the eco-system. It is believed that synthetic garments are the biggest source of microplastic pollution in the oceans because up to 1900 fibres can be washed off one garment every time it is washed.

Finally, a product that is actually 100% organic and plastic free right down to the packaging. The cleansing pads are super soft and a great size compared to others that are standard cotton eye pad size. They wash up very nicely and don’t change shape. The mesh wash bag is one of the only ones I have found that doesn’t have plastic toggles or zips. The box is beautiful and very informative and also doesn’t have that plastic coating that you find on a lot of packaging. These cleansing pads are such a great eco-friendly alternative to the single use cotton pads or makeup wipes. You can tell by the quality that a lot of thought and care has gone into this product. Definitely worth purchasing!

I have been using my new bamboo 'cotton' pads for a few days now. I tend to use mine for makeup removal - as I was looking to reduce waste. It is insane how many cotton pads I have been sending to landfill without much thought, in the name of getting makeup off my face in the evening!!At first use, I was concerned when the black cotton pads, which I for eye makeup, started shedding fibres. However, after putting it in the wash at 30, the shedding issue was no longer a problem. It is also worth noting that even though you wind up using fewer makeup removal pads - maybe three a day- they do soak in product, so you may end up using a little more micellar water than usual. However, I believe this a small price to pay for something which is simultaneously much gentler on the skin, and much better for the environment than normal cotton pads.In conclusion, the pads are gentle and do their job well, and I have had no issues with them since the shedding issue. They also reduce wastage in my beauty regimen massively - which is a huge positive.

I love these, been using for a couple of days and I'm loving how soft they are. They are really good for gentle removal of makeup from my face, and the application of toner following cleansing. The pads do soak up a lot of product which is something to be aware of!I don't find them so effective on eye makeup (I wear a pretty heavy duty eyeliner) but I am hoping this may improve after they have been washed.The mesh bag hangs in my bathroom, and I add the used wipe to it when finished ready to throw in the wash. Perfect system!

Trying to reduce my household waste so these were my first choice of product to purchase.They come in a cotton net bag which is handy to wash them in the washing machine. The cotton pads were bigger than they look online, which is great!Most reusable cotton pads are slightly rough that can irritate my sensitive skin but these are incredibly soft!!You can tell by the amount of information and the detail gone into packaging that a lot of thought and care has gone into this product!Doing an amazing job, well done!

I am very impressed with these. They are beautifully packaged with instructions & come in a lovely mesh bag to store them in & for using in the washing machine. They are very soft & have maintained their softness even after washing them in the machine. They are very thin so don’t absorb any more product than ordinary cotton wool rounds. I’ve had other such products in the past which have been too thick. These are effective at removing makeup, skin cleansing, applying liquid products etc. I like that they come in 3 colours to use for different things. In the long run they will save money so I think are reasonably priced. I will order more as they do what I wanted to use them for, feel lovely on the skin, wash well & are a great size for me to use.

These reusable cotton pads are awesome, I'm annoyed I didn’t find out about these sooner.After using One, I put it in its own wash bag and when I do a load of washing, I simply put the bag in with the clothes and none of them get lost in the washing machine.It’s a fantastic idea and more people need to know about these, I would highly recommend to friends and family! A+++

I previously bought Reusable Pads from another brand but didn't like how large they were or how it came in plastic. I got these as they’re 100% biodegradable and Im in love with the colour of them. I also love how everything it comes with is organic and is recyclable and they are super soft. Great product I’ve just ordered another box for my sister.
