An expensive Placebo
I am taking it for quite a while and see no difference in my day to day life. all it does is give you an expensive poop. There is a huge difference between MRP and selling price, which needs to understand why it was done like that? I suppose only to show the product is a very good quality product. No source of ingredients was mentioned anywhere. I don't recommend it. Even for a placebo, it is very expensive

Buy at your own risk
I bought this product by looking at the ratings and experience of others apperantly it doesn't work for everyone in the same way.Herbal medicine doesn't mean it won't have side effects. Infact coming to Ashwagandha it has some big side effects.I bought this few days back from Amazon. Took one tablet at night after dinner on the next day morning palpitations started. I was scared for everything and very worried for no reason at all. I didn't think or even doubted it's happening because of this product and took another tablet on the next day night. Then I didn't sleep for whole night because of the heart palpitations and pounding like hell and I was hyper active and couldn't sleep. Since then I stopped taking this. Though I stopped taking this tablets I have been facing the same difficulties for 2 days so far but some how it became less now. I think it takes few days to become normal.If you have low BP or if you have hyperthyroidism never take it.I accept there are good things that comes from herbal but not all things work in the same way for everyone.There is no proper reasearch and evidence about the side effects of Ashwagandha specially in long term.If you face anyother issue stop taking this immediately.The rating is given to this product based on my experience and also I want other people to know about the side effects before buying.Thanks
