Comfort in a bottle
I can’t remember what made me decide to get this. I’m several years past having to deal with anything period-related any more, but I do have a lot of issues with extreme anxiety and chronic pain, so I suppose I hoped it might help for that somehow. I’m shocked that it actually has! I put it on my wrists at bedtime (by that point, I’m usually in a lot of pain and I also sleep really badly), and not only do I drift off quickly, I also sleep much better and more deeply. The moment I put it on, the scent calms and comforts me so much. For me, this is like having a fuzzy blankie, warm fire, and hot cup of cocoa in a bottle. The nights I forget to use it, I definitely notice; I get up the next morning feeling horrible after tossing and turning all night, and that’s when it hits me I didn’t put it on before bed. I can’t speak to how well it works for easing menstrual symptoms, but it certainly can’t hurt and I do think it would help just about anyone feel better than they would without it (even dudes! it does have fragrance, but it’s very light, not “girly,” and anyone who could smell it would assume you’d just washed your hands or something).

Pleasant Scent
This has a mild pleasant scent. The rollerball is easy to apply. I know this is to help with PMS, but I couldn’t tell a difference. I’m sure it’s supposed to be calming. It’s one thing to put it on the box, but does the bottle also have to say “A mix of essential oils to ease your period problems.” I don’t care to advertise what this product is supposed to do. Good concept, but nothing new.

Pleasant essential oil blend roll on. Has tocopherol.
I make my own essential oil blends but I am always interested in what’s out there. This 8 cc roll on is quite pleasant, I mostly pick up the clary sage and mint oils. I am not sure why it was important to add tocopherol since in susceptible people that causes dermatitis. I don’t see the value added. I would not add tocopherol to an essential blend mix with a carrier oil. That limits where I am willing to try this on my skin.Calming, cheerful scent mix.

This product surprised me by actually helping. I had doubt, but no longer since
I bought this to help with the intensity of menstrual pain with endometriosis in hopes to lesson accumulative symptoms such as cramps, throbbing, tenderness, body aches and head aches. I used this oil oas directed in all loactions in conjunction to my usual ibuprofen, prescription medications, ice, and heating pad. Minites after applying a gentle warming sensation was felt. I could feel it sinking in. So To my surprise it did help. My pain was manageable and for the first cycle in a long time, I didn't get a migraine. The scent also is nice smelling and relaxing. I was able to feel calm and cozy, able to nap. I will be using it again the next time. It's worth trying

Almost no scent
I tried this on my wrists and found that it has a very faint citrus-y scent. There is not scent of clary sage or mint. The little scent there is evaporates rapidly. This was very disappointing. The whole point of aromatherapy is the scent.

Did not work for me
This did not work for me. It did nothing except make me more nauseous when I already feel like that during my period. Didn't even have a placebo effect. And so expensive for so little!I'm curious to know how it's worked for others because except for smelling like some weird aroma oil blend how does this actually relieve those horrible symptoms that accompany periods for some of us? If it worked then I'm happy for those people. Meanwhile the search for a true solution continues...a solution that helps minimize the pain of those cramps, helps reduce the pain of the accompanying headaches, and helps manage (even a little bit) the mood swings caused by errant hormones. Not looking for a panacea but something that would give even a tiny bit of relief or at least provide the kind of fragrance that has the power to lift your mood. Until then it's the good old heat pads and curling up in a corner until the worst of the cramps pass.

Soothes the mind, but not the pain
This smells heavenly. While it does soothe an anxious mind, it doesn't help with pains as claimed.
