This is an EPDM retrofit flashing designed specifically for use on a shingle roof. This flashing is recommended for use on roofs with a pitch of 27° to 57° (6 on 12 to 18 on 12). The retrofit seal closes easily by using a pair of pliers to crimp tight the stainless steel clips provided with each flashing. It fits pipes with an outside diameter from 0 - 3 3/8".

Excellent quality flashing made my Golden Rule
Excellent quality flashing made by Golden Rule, Affordable supply company has the fastest shipping I've ever experienced, with regular shipping I had this in two days. Includes black stainless clips and installation instructions. I couldn't find these locally and the split design is a real time and money saver, built well enough that I trust it as much as a standard non-split flashing.
