Interesting, hot/spicy kick!
We have been seeing this used in so many dishes at restaurants and some meals in our Bobby Flay cook book. Can have quite a bit of heat to it, but adds awesome flavor to everything!

Great substitute
My wife can not have cayenne so crushed red pepper is out due to never knowing the peppers included. This has proven to be an ideal substitute, does have decent heat and is more flavorful than most crushed peppers.

Excellent taste and flavor
I'm as American as apple pie. Now having said that, Italian red pepper flakes are superior to ANY red pepper flakes in the world. I have no idea why. The heat and flavor are perfection. Maybe its the soil in Italy. Don't believe me? Try for yourself. For me, I am grateful that I can purchase this product from Amazon.

Remember the Ford Pinto? A very basic, meh vehicle from the 1970s? That’s the pepper flakes on most pizza place tables.This stuff is the Ferrari of pizza flakes. Highly recommend.
