Description
- This vinegar is a product of small batches of high quality, organically grown biodynamic grapes from the Guerzoni vineyards in the Modena province. It is the youngest vinegar produced on this farm through the traditional method of cooking over an open fire, followed by aging in oak kegs.
- The fragrance is intense and the flavor is pungent with sweet and slightly astringent notes. Vegan and gluten free.
