SANYO 43" Class FHD (1080P) LED TV (FW43D25F)

I purchased this TV on 4-20-2017. For a little under a year, it's worked wonderfully. I will not bore you with technical specs, I will instead tell you about why this is only getting a 2 star review.On 4-10-2018, the TV started randomly shutting off. I did everything I could think of, hoping it wasn't the TV that was failing. Nothing worked.I then reached out to SANYO for support via their websites cust. support form... Which generated an email from the 'Mail Delivery System' telling me the 'email' I'd attempted to send out had failed, because the recipient address didn't exist. I am now very concerned, because what kind of company can't even auto-generate a customer support email to an active email address?I then called support, who walked me through the factory reset process and told me to call back if the problem persisted.And it did. Upon calling back they informed me that my TV was 'no longer under warranty,' and I would have to take it to a specific repair shop located near me. That TV repair shop wanted a ludicrous amount of money, just for parts, to repair this TV. I called another, reputable, local TV repair guy, who informed me that my best bet was to leave this on the side of the road somewhere and NEVER purchase another Sanyo product as long as I live.Sounds good to me.

I received this TV as a gift. I have been using it now for months with no issues, The size is perfect because it's not too big but not too small. It's very thin and lightweight as well which is a plus. It is LED. The picture and sound are outstanding! I hung it on the wall with no issues. I have owned a couple of Sanyo TV's in the past and they have all worked fantastic and lasted a very long time. I would definitely recommend this TV if your looking for something thats simple and not a "smart" TV!

I got this as a gift two and a half years ago and it has worked great. Absolutely no problems at all.

for a screen of 1920x1080, the TV has a vivid picture and even though it is not HDR, it puts out beautiful colors, I have had mine for over a year now and it still works great
