I have Fibromyalgia and find this helps with muscle pain

My and myself use these freezing cream when we get any aches and we have found it does ease any pain highly recommended

Ordered this 4 tub deal as it states the tubs are 300ml and thought this was great value. However, whilst the package arrived securely and intact, I was disappointed to find that they were in fact only 200ml tubs. However, they still work out at better value than similar freeze gels from Savers etc which cost £2 for 100ml. The seal around the tubs is so secure, I had to get the scissors out to break open the seal. Lovely menthol smell and provides some much needed relief to my arthritic joints. Would recommend buying the 12 tub package from this supplier if you use this gel long term as its about £16 and the expiry date is 2 years from now. This is a good alternative to ibruprofen gel which can only be used three times a day and does leave my skin very dry and flaky. This gel can be used more frequently and seems less harsh on the skin. Will be buying the 12 tub deal and sharing out the tubs with other family members.

Sometimes need to use it after a hard physical day at work. Soothes and relaxes muscles and feels cool on application.

This is how I received the items I bought. There is more in the package than in one of the tubs. Very poor seal on the tubs my advice stay well clear
