Like a lot of people, I had heard that forskolin could help one lose weight. I can only assume it did work for some, perhaps someone with more weight to lose (I only wanted to drop 10-15). This product is amazing! In the beginning I didn't think it was working for me but after taking the product into my 2nd week the pounds started dropping off! Im not finished with the bottle yet and have lost almost 10 pounds. I'm very pleased with the product there are no side effects to report except an increased feeling of well being and energy without nervousness like other products. I did go to GYM everyday for body training class, so i have exercise and i eat less meal and more veggie. I have eaten this for 2+week. not much change of my weight....um....i guess not really work for me.
