I never write reviews, but I have to say how pleased I was with this entire exchange! I ordered four chairs and they arrived on time. One of the molded plastic chairs had permanent scuffing on it. I reached out with pictures and within hours heard back. They sent an additional chair without hesitation which arrived a few days later. WOW! So wonderful. The chairs look great and are sturdy and comfortable to sit in. Also, I was hesitant to purchase because of some reviewers saying they are hard to put together. They may not be quite as easy as something from IKEA, but they are not too bad. I took me 40 minutes to get the first chair together and 15 minutes to do each of the rest. I will say using a power drill instead of the hand tools they provide definitely speeds up the process. Thank you!

I purchased the chairs for my covered terrace together with a Saarinen style table. The set looks amazing. They were not so easy to assemble, taking a bit more time than I anticipated, but the end result was fantastic.

Originally when we got the chairs we were missing a set of legs and couldn’t complete the forth chair. I contacted polorim and quickly got a response and was shipped a new set! The customer service was awesome and quick!And the chairs are perfect and extremely comfortable!

Simple and sturdy! Just like I was looking for. Pretty easy to put together. I had a bit of an issue with shipping, but after communicating with Polorim multiple times they made it right and offered me a discount for my troubles. I am very impressed with the customer service above all.
