Fratelli Orsini Women's Italian Opera Length Leather Gloves - 16-Button Length

These gloves are gorgeous in every way. This is my first experience with lambskin and I was amazed at how extremely smooth and velvety it feels. I find it to be somewhat shiny too, but not in a gaudy way. The leather's thickness is perfect: sexy-thin but with just enough heft and thickness to assure you of its durability in whatever you do. Unlike some vintage gloves, you don't feel that you have to be super-careful lest you damage them.The gloves ship unfolded in a long box and comes with a very nice velvet storage bag (also long) with the Fratelli Orsini logo.Notes:-For me, the thumbs are about 0.75 cm too long--luckily you can hike up the leather so it touches your fingertips, and it's not very obvious. A friend of mine also mentioned that his Fratelli Orsini gloves also have long thumbs, so this is probably due to the pattern they use.-The wrist has no buttons or elastic.-The gloves come attached to each other by a thread at the cuff. This thread is VERY short, so use caution when cutting it so you don't cut or damage the leather by accident.-If you enjoy a slightly snugger fit, you will probably be able to get away with ordering half a size down. I'm exactly a size 7, but I ordered a 6.5 and it fits wonderfully--delightfully snug but still allowing you plenty of movement.

These gloves are the epitome of high glamor! They come almost to the shoulder, and fit like skin. They are perfect with a sleeveless, strapless, or spaghetti strap dress of almost any color. They look just as lovely and high quality as gloves of comparable quality from Neiman Marcus which coast three times as much. These gloves are one of the best buys that I have ever made! High quality Italian product. Just perfect. They look great. She measured 6 3/4 so we got the 6 1/2. Fits just slightly snug now, which is good since leather stretches a bit. You get what you pay for.

Thes gloves are stunning. They are of high quality leather and the size runs true. The have some give to stretch into the perfect size. A perfect glamorous addition to that little black dress.

Soft to the touch, impecable packaging . It arrived in timely manner . This is a great accesorie for the woman that isn’t afraid to be different and stand out from the crowd . I should have ordered half a size smaller for my hands, otherwise perfect fit and length for my arms .
