The earrings came folded in half, i still can't flatten them

Had to cut the package open with scissors cause it had so much tape on it and accidentally cut into the end of the earrings! Ugh! Good thing they didn't cost much

I chose this rating because i really liked these. This was my gift for mother, thought she appreaciate them.I would recommend it for my friends and i will recommend it for sure.

They arrived frayed and just not very nice looking. You get what you pay for :( Is there any way to get sent another pair that actually look remotely like the photo??
