Size and Quality Control issues
The Product had several issues that is causing me to trash it: 1) The size is too small to fit standard US chandelier rough-in kits. The hood was not molded/stamped properly and a large metal piece needed to be cut/sanded off and the hook repainted. 3) The finish of the hook and the pate were different (hook was matte and plate was high gloss in two different whites - does not show up in pics well). Also, there are not instructions - I would not knock the product for this but FYI.
