Natural Burgundy Hair Dye 3-pack (300 Grams)

I thought it was awesome and recommended it to everyone I know who was considering hennaing their hair. I've been using it for a solid year.NOW-- it took something like 5 emails to get you to respond about a month-late order. And when I got my order, I rushed to do my hair and it turned my hair DARK BROWN. Clearly a case of mispackaging, because after a year, with the same shade consistently, there is a visible and unwelcome difference.I am asking for a postage-paid envelope to return the DEFECTIVE, MISLABELED DYE and a refund. I am on my 4th email requesting a response from you. I have also posted on your FB page and in your forums, and emailed via Amazon with no response.This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When are you going to make this right? Hell, when are you going to even respond?"This was my previous review:I've been using henna for over 20 years, and this was the least-fuss henna with a one-shot application to getting the coloration that I love EVER. It really is as easy as just mixing it up, applying, waiting an hour, and rinsing it out. No tinkering, no extra ingredients, it was really really wonderful. I am going to be a longterm customer, as this was absolutely outstanding (and I've used a number of brands.)

I absolutely love this color and am complimented on it almost every time I go out! My natural hair is over 50% gray and the color takes very well. If you have long, coarse, oily hair (as I do) you may notice a little fading at the roots (especially if you use a strong shampoo,) and this seems to be normal for my type of hair. I touch up the roots every 4-6 weeks using only a half-packet of the henna...and all is well :)

I highly recommend this product....I am allergic to ppd which is in all regular hair dye...I have been using this product for over 2 years & have no problems....love...love...love this product!!!
