I got lucky with these, they fit my ear just right! No way to say if they'll fit your ear, and they only come with one size of cup. They lay flat in my ear and I barely feel them. The cord is plenty long enough to reach to my phone. I run the cord from the top of my head along the top of the bed and I've never once snagged it when I roll around in my sleep.I purchased these (and another brand) in order to listen to my binaural tracks while I sleep if I need some extra noise masking above and beyond what my sleep mask provides. Note, these are not strictly noise cancelling, that's a certain kind of technology. These cancel sound for me in that they fit in my ears fairly tightly, and the soft sounds I play mask quite a bit of the outside noise I deal with.I do wear these under a sleep mask. I think they would easily fall out of my ears if I didn't have that holding them in. As it is, they do sometimes fall out a bit and I wake up to stuff them back in. Usually though, that only matters in the very early morning, when the outside sounds are starting anyhow.Yes, there is some crackling in the wire when I first put them in, but once I play my sounds and settle in, any of that incidental sound is unnoticeable to me. The little case is great to prevent cord tangles, and I roll them up and put them in the case next to my bed after I use them. I hope it will add some useful life to them as well to keep them rolled neatly.Although there's no way to know if they are adequate for anyone else, I've been pleased with mine and am thinking of purchasing a second pair to keep as backup, if and when this first pair wear out.

I cant see how anyone would think they are uncomfortable because these are incrediably blissful to wear. I never have any issues and often forget they are in when I wake. I have them plugged into a sleep machine (Reacher White Noise Sound Machine- 28 Non-looping Soothing Sounds, High Quality Speaker, Headphone Jack, Memory Function, 4 Timer, Sleeping Therapy for Baby/Kids/Adults/Home/Office Privacy, BlackSold by: ReacherDirect) , with this I have it directly next to my bedside and its easiest to put the cord from the earplugs above my head instead of below as they tend to not jerk out, fall out and you are less likely to jerk on the cord hard enough to move the sound machine with the cord above you. With it done this way I dont have to subject my husband to the noise and he can listen to his music as he desires, he can even talk on his phone and I would not know. I hear NOTHING. There IS noise without the sound machine though muffled however with the combination of the sound machine it is Perfect for me. The only thing to make it more perfect is a longer cord or bluetooth instead but same earplugs

I am fairly rough on headphones, so these work great. They have a carrying case which I love. I use them mostly for games and they are great for that. I don't listen to music through them so I can't say how they sound for that. I have bought a few sets of these over the years. They also make great stocking stuffers.

I was skeptical for how comfortable earbuds that fit within the ear would feel. I had tried others in the past and they were very uncomfortable. I had been using flat earbuds that sit on the ear over the last few years and when those broke, I was looking for replacements. The reviews of this product were good but a different format than I was expecting.My typical use is to listen to podcasts while falling asleep, generally I listen for about five or ten minutes before nodding off to sleep. I don't generally listen to music as I am trying to sleep so I don't need anything that is high fidelity. These earbuds are quite comfortable and I can attest to the spoken word sound quality. (Not saying they are bad for music, I just don't use them that way...)The profile is low enough that even if I am laying on my ear, they are not jammed into the ear canal. They have the added benefit of providing a decent amount of noise cancellation (won't be enough for a plane, but for typical household noises, perfect). I have used them now for several weeks and love them. I highly recommend purchase if you are looking for great earbuds to help you fall asleep.

I've tried at least 4 different sleep buds and this is the best of the bunch. I've had them for 10 months and unlike the ones I tried before this set, they are still working. I'm a side sleeper and they are not uncomfortable at all, I guess the size of your ear canal might have something to say about this, but overall they are small and do the job. The sound is not amazing, but that was not the reason I got them. In my case it was fit and durability. The cord is long and the 3.5mm plug connector is very sturdy ( I had problems with other models where the cable to the plug was frayed quickly) as well as the connectors to the ear buds themselves (they are not fragile at all). I highly recommend them, just plug into your favorite mp3 player and play favorite background sound and ignore any sound around you.

Husband snores and refuses to wear his CPAP. I can't sleep in a quiet room, without a tv on or next to a husband sounding like a freight train right beside me. I also HATE white noise. Along with my slumber app, these ear buds are with me every night. I'm a side sleeper and these are surprisingly comfortable, can't feel them in my ears. I've set my slumber app to continue playing the background combination of music, ocean and river for 10 hours once the story is done. I can still hear my husband snoring but not near as much so I'm FINALLY able to sleep in the same bed with him again. The only drawback with these ear buds is the cord. I wish they could be somehow wireless and stay in my ears without the headband. I've woken up a few times a little tangled with the cable but never to the point where it's wrapped tight around my neck.

I found the sound quality good, as well as the comfort of the earbuds, but I never got accustomed to sleeping with a cable from the ears, so I ended up with Bose sleepbuds instead.

Amazing sound, I wish the wire was a better quality but that being said what an incredible surprise how good the sound is and they are very comfortable to sleep with. Update, since I reviewed these I have found a better quality and better fitting and sounding pair of ear buds. They are very hard to come by on the Amazon site.
