Beautifully made - feels solid yet delicate in the hand. Perfectly designed for catching the ash from your favourite sticks (save on dusting later!) unlike many of the cheaper versions I've bought in the past. The only reasons I've rated this at four stars and not five are: 1) the box in which it comes, while very good protection for transit purposes, is seriously uninspiring (plain brown, corrugated card with the identifying barcode planted on the lid) and 2) it would have been interesting to have just a little bit of information about it, even if that was only to tell me what the text in the ash catching area means. Otherwise a lovely thing that would make a thoughtful present.

I bought this when I move to my new place. With my decor in the room I needed something discreet but different. This is perfect, nice colour, solid, light, can place everywhere and it will match. Little things is that's its 2 or 3 centimetre shorter than the sticks. But not big deal.
