14k Yellow Gold Necklace Mariner Chain Mens Womens Solid 1.4mm

After my reaction to the email I received about shipping methods and ownership, I promptly received a telephone call explaining that the wording of the email was misleading, they would help with finding the product and delivering a new product if that is what I wanted. They delivered on their customer commitment. In summary, they stayed on top (emails, phone calls) until the USPS delivered the product.Three things I learned: 1) always, always check your delivery method options and make sure they will meet your standards; 2) what I received is worth the dollar value I paid, and it looks great on my son; and 3) gold is very expensive so don't expect something for nothing when it comes to gold these days.I'm pleased with the product and the service. After this experience, I would use them again.

Good looking necklace. However I need to exchange as my intention was to buy as a set to use with the Jewel Tie 14k gold 3D crucifix pendant.... the pendant is amazing! However it requires a thicker more substantial chain to support it - I am sure this is my fault as I am not a regular necklace buyer and was guessing. The necklace length is perfect @ 20" - I just need a thicker version of this necklace to better match the pendant. This is a gift for my teenage son so it needs to be more masculine looking chain also. Good quality, very nice and I do like that this style chain lays flat and seems less likely to get bent or tangle like those serpentine styles - just need something more substantial.

I was buying a necklace for my husband and I didn't realize how thin the chain was. Part of it was my own fault for not knowing what 1.4mm looked like.It did come in good condition and when I returned it I had no problem.

smaller then i thought but its a good chain my lady loves it ,me i thought it was going to be thicker but i was looking at the picture,im still looking at the picture and it looks thicker but in all its a good chain i would buy again .

The picture detail makes the product look better and larger than it actually is. It is okay. Average value. Nothing to write home about but nothing to complain about other than it is rather skinny.

I like this mariner men chain very much it is the perfect fit and like the claps on it and would order it again as it is a very rich looking chain I wear it every day

The boogie board is a very handy tool for school especially since my son is taking statistics. His teacher write an example for me and I am able to break it down for him. It is quite small and dainty unfortunately - I had to send it back...but they did credit my account in a very timely manner

Is a beautiful piece of art but awfully thin especially when expecting something that looks like the picture. Using a scale for certain items would ensure overall pleasure for customers.
