What I was looking for was a way of tracking he location so we always know where he is when we want to, a bit like the iPhone find friends feature, and i bought this GPS watches for kids mainly so we can track them at a holiday park while camping.I didn't want he having a phone because he would leave it everywhere, random people could phone he and people might nick it, I think it is safe to choose watch phone. So after reading reviews for GPS tracker watch I stumbled across this. Tracks he location, can text he, only set numbers can call he.Because I use it indoors, there is no signal, but when I have a signal, it shows "Device offline" in the app. I emailed the seller for help. They checked the parameters of the watch and found that there was a problem with the IP. They solved this problem for me, and the GPS tracker works so good.Pros:1. APP positioning kids smart watch.2. Save the phone number to watch via APP, that can be called using SOS buttons.3. Programming phone number into phone book that can be accessed via the watch touch screen.4. I haven't given this watch to my daughter as yet. However, I checked out some of the features and it not bad. The SIM card that came with the phone doesn't work when I asked my service provider. I will have to buy a new SIM for $25 including activation fee. Please be sure to read the reviews before buying.

This is a birthday present for my son, very good call function. And the ability for the parent to control who the child can call as well as prevent text messaging from anyone but the parents is excellent. The SOS feature allows a text to be sent to three numbers with time and location which is better than advertised.After one month watch prompt offline, the support offered through [email protected] was good and responsive. Just need to provide your order number.

I inserted the sim and downloaded the app yet can’t do anything with th watch keeps saying device is offline... no further instuctions to get the watch functioning the way it should. Very upset was a present to my daughter and she was excited to receive it now is very disappointed do to the watch not working making calls text ect. Will be returning if problem is not troubleshooted.

Bought the watch for my child and it is working great! Setting up just takes patience, but once it’s set up, it calls, texts and locates the child accurately. Great buy!

The battery attachment broke the first time I opened it to insert required SIM card. Cheaply built was never even able to use the item. Would have returned it except daughter though away packaging.
