These are amazing super sturdy and high quality door rollers ( for sliding barn doors). I had previously purchased cheap plastic ones from Lowe's, and after the 3rd set was broken from the wind, the dogs, or anything that moved the doors basically, we decided to invest in a sturdier option. The cost of these are worth every penny. My husband installed them in less than an hour, he had to remove the previous broken ones and adjust to fit our door, but we had 3 of the previous plastic door roller things and only needed 2 of these for the door, because of their sturdiness. They match our higher end barn door kit that we installed and the door barely moves as it did previously. Our house is over 100 yrs old so it is not level, just the nature of older homes and these go so well with what we were looking to do. Also came with a pad/buffer to install on the door so the metal didn't damage your wood door!! I would buy again from this company in a heart beat. Incredible guide. It is super easy to install, but the fasteners provided were awfully cheap. Both screws stripped the phillips drive instantly. I had to use alternative fasteners.It is easily installed, easily adjisted with provided wrench and stays asjusted.Our installation in on an exterior covered deck so we shall see how it weathers. But since it isnt an exterior devise that wouldnt affect my feedback.

I bought a competitor's stay roller floor guide prior to this one. What a mistake. My original purchase had several issues which I won't get into here. As a result of this mistake, I spent a "lot" of time researching my next purchase. I found this gem from FLORADIS. I could not find a single feature that was not the best. After I installed it, I was amazed how smoothly and quietly my barn door opened. And it does not wobble at all! This bracket is very sturdy and secure. In addition to all of the features advertised, FLORADIS did not mention the screw hole alignment on their bracket. Their bracket's holes are at an angle to each other (not aligned vertically)... this allows for more stability when the bracket is secured to the baseboard. Anyone who has done DYI home improvement knows that holes on brackets (and hinges) are not in a straight line. The holes are staggered... as an example: look at door hinges.

Well made - strong steel, wheels glide effortlessly and quiet, easy to install, directions were well written.Overall I love the look and it really just feel like quality.
