Crap product, I would not suggest it. After ordering my new iPhone X I ordered a protective battery case (as I always have a battery backup on my phone). The case came in on time and the look is great, however that’s all they focused on was looks. I charged the case so when I picked up my new phone it would be ready for use. I picked up my new phone and placed it in the new case, looks great! That night I pressed the button to recharge my phone while I was sitting in front of the tv doing some online shopping and the case only maintained the low charge my phone had gotten to, did not charge the phone more as all cases I have ever owned (and that’s quite a few) always have. When I retired to bed I plugged the case in with the phone in it (again, as I always do) and not only did my phone not charge AT ALL, the case didn’t charge either. I stress, CRAP product, don’t waste your money.

I loved this charging case. It was great design or so I thought. Charging from the wrong end of the phone I thought a novel idea. However...after a month of use it no longer charges. The cable doesn’t make contact and even though I make sure it is seated properly by morning my phone is dead!. I would not recommend this case.
