This product works, almost to good. I have to trim my nails more frequently now that I use this product in my daily shake. It has no taste and mixes well with other ingredients. If you want stronger nails and less joint pain, I would recommend this product.

I had a gastric bypass 6 yrs ago, and the number one dietary issue for me is keeping my protein intake high enough (the bypass reduces protein absorption) while not overeating. This is a problem most bypass patients face, as the 90 gram minimum per day isn’t easy to meet when you have a tiny stomach and need to eat other foods essential to your health too. Each scoop of this collagen powder contains 10 grams of protein, and it dissolves very easily in hot beverages, and also in cold ones, though it takes more stirring. I add it to a vegetable soup to up the protein and as I am also diabetic, it greatly improves the impact of what I eat on my blood sugar (keeping my A1C at 5.5 for two years now). I think it’s much easier on the digestion than eating solid meat, too. I put two scoops in my morning sugar free latte, add it to soups, stir it into salad dressing, sugar free pudding, etc. I probably use three to four scoops per day. It’s very fine, so even if it isn’t fully dissolved, it’s not really noticeable. The flavor is almost non existent, so it works in all types of food, adding just perhaps a touch of salt flavor if you use a lot of it. I gave some to a friend who’s very particular about her coffee, and she agreed it wasn’t detectable, although she only used half a scoop. I could drink protein shakes to keep up my protein intake, which I do when it’s the end of the day and I’m low on my protein intake, but I prefer the collagen supplement as I can eat it with “real” food. I’ve tried other collagen supplements when I’ve run out of this, but none of them taste as good as this one (or rather, they have too much “taste”), or their protein per volume is less, plus this one is a better price than most. I don’t know if this Forest Leaf collagen is the reason everyone is shocked to hear I am 60, as I look 45 with great skin and hair (Botox helps!). I work out a fair bit, especially using weights, so that’s the other reason I make sure I keep my protein intake high every day. Losing muscle as you age is almost inevitable, which leads to weakness and loss of balance and almost inevitably to injury and falls. Older people need to consume far more protein than most are inclined to do naturally, so this supplement is an easy way to keep your aging body from losing muscle as quickly. I started taking Collagen Peptides supplements 3 months ago to help with Joint pain, Cell regeneration and overall healthier skin and hair. When I started I was taking a capsule supplement but that became ridiculous. The product I was taking was a quality product but it was recommended that I take 1 to 4 capsules a day at only 2g per capsule. So even with taking 4 capsules that was only 8g of collagen per day.. Everything I have read has stated to see/feel any difference when taking a supplement that at least 10g a day is needed. This product offered 11g of collagen with the added bonus of amino acids in a tasteless powder that I could but into my choice of drink. With this product you can use either 1 to 2 scoops per day at a Collagen rate of 11g to 22g if you use it 2x a day. This is my 2nd time ordering the product and I can say I am very pleased with it. Not only do I not have to gag down 4 large capsules a day but it is much more convenient to include it with my morning and evening coffee. I have noticed that my joints have improved and also my skin, nails and hair.. My face looks fuller and the growth rate of my nails, hair and even eyelashes has improved tremendously. This Unflavored Collagen powder dissolves quickly and satisfyingly in extra warm/hot liquid. I added it to my morning coffee, afternoon tea, and Mexican soup. Did not negatively affect the taste. Unsure yet if this supplement improved my hair, skin, nails, or joints. But I’m hopeful there will be improvement with continued use.

I really enjoy this product and use it daily. I add it to my coffee, and it dissolves instantly. I've been using it for nearly a year and have set it up for subscribe and save, which saves me a lot of money. I also opt for the 2-pound container since it's more economical than purchasing two 1-pound bottles. I first bought it because it contains types one, two, and three collagen, which was recommended for my ACDF surgery to assist with bone fusion. While I'm not certain if it has positively impacted my recovery, I remain hopeful. I continue taking it because I believe it's beneficial for my health. The ingredients suit my needs, which is why I selected this product over others. The texture is somewhat powdery, and I can see collagen particles floating when I open the jar. Despite this, I would definitely recommend it, as it seems to be good for my body. The price is reasonable, and I haven't encountered any problems. I absolutely love it!

Great product! As good as the very expensive brands! Matt you need to use Sawtooth Palmetto for hair growth. ( Do the brand without Biotin as Biotin in large dose age causes Acne) My hair has grown back using it. This collagen really helps your skin look good; the only way your skin gets Collagen. Topical is only a moisturizer; as Collagen is not renewed or absorbed by the skin.

No taste and easy to mix. However was expensive for what it is. Have moved to tasteless protein which was better value.
