As a former faucet vendor, I have to say this faucet, though on the lower end, is a decent faucet. The water pressure is good, finish looks great and it seems to have the same durability as any of the big box house brand faucets. This comes with what you need to easily install the faucet minus basic tools. The quick connect connections make it very easy to install. This comes with a push drain stop. No need to fiddle with the lift rod making this install process a breeze. I installed this for a customer and she is very happy with the look and it appears to be easy to clean. When cleaning the faucet or any faucet, don't use anything abrasive. Simple vinegar solution should be enough to clean the faucet without affecting the finish. I also installed a shower head and I was impressed how well the faucet and shower head (different manufactures) matched regarding the finish. This is a good value for the money.

VERY attractive product, BUT, on installation, leaks from inside spout. Had to remove faucet and disassemble to locate leak; contacted maker via telephone, very helpful, said "no problem, we'll ship replacement in next 48 hours." While awaiting the replacement I figured out that the leak was due to a missing or misplaced washer, which I fixed and reassembled the faucet and it works just fine. I canceled the return / replace and have continued to use the original faucet. So I'm updating this review---beautiful faucet, works well, wonderful customer service. And I mean WONDERFUL! Fairly easy install and does the trick. The quality of the product is "decent" and can't beat the price, however their quality control is somewhat lacking. 3 out or the 4 handles were not coating properly. The handle ends had no paint and was not deep bronze. Rather than sending back, I had some deep bronze spray paint and touched them up myself. Overall decent product and a great price point.

Easy to install. Biggest part of the job was the removal of the old faucet. Surprised at the nice bags used to protect the three main parts in the box.

Best price ever for a good quality.

I needed to replace a 30+ year old Delta bathroom faucet (due to handle leaks) and I chose this Phiestina faucet set based on past reviews and aesthetics. I was very pleased with the quality and finish of the faucet parts, as they looked very high end. I also liked how easy it was to install the faucet components, with no need for special tools (as with the old Delta faucet). The supplied quick-connect mixer hose was also very easy to install. The only issue I had was leaking from the drain down spout. I initially used all of the rubber washers supplied with the unit along with the recommended plumber's putty, but I was still having leaking issues. I ended up not using the rubber gasket between the down spout rim and the top of the sink drain hole, using plenty of plumber's putty, and finally applying teflon tape around the threads at the top of the down spout to stop the leaks. I'm definitely happy with this faucet and the easy of installation. Time will tell how well it holds up, but for now I would definitely order another faucet set from Phiestina.

Very nice appearance. The design is clearly for ease of installation but after installing 3 of these i would not suggest this for the first time diy. All three units leaked at the screw join between the stainless tailpiece and the main brass fitting in the drain assembly. The brass tightening nut also leaked at the threads. Teflon tape doesn’t work but thread sealant seems to have done the trick. The plastic connections for the main water lines into the central spigot are very easy to use but seem a bit flimsy. A failure here would be a huge mess so I am a little worried about longevity. The spigot itself has a plastic filter screwed into the tip. This needs to be removed before water is run through the unit as the lines are filthy and will clog up the filter within seconds of first use. It didn’t take more than 10 seconds to clear out all the gunk and they run fine now. What should have been a 15 minute job was about 2 hours of “put it in, take it out” to remedy and retest for the above problems. The issues noted were found on all three units so I dont expect it was an anomaly. If I had to do it over again I would order the unit without the drain assembly and buy that from another company. Not a deal breaker given the price but you get what you pay for I guess.

Extremely easy to install and looks great.

After reading several reviews of many brands out there, decided on Phiestina brand, quality was better than hoped for, installed quickly, looks far more expensive than it costs.......would buy this brand again.....

We ordered this faucet set to replace our old one that was leaky and dated. It arrived by the expected date and was packaged well. The material itself is pretty lightweight -- definitely not as sturdy or heavy as the one we were replacing. Installation was fairly simple. I needed to hold the handles tightly while my husband tightened everything under the sink -- other than that, no issues. The product is shiny (our old set was matte, brushed metal) and has held up well over the past few months. Good price when compared to Home Depot, Costco, and Lowe's. We will see if it lasts the 20 years that our old one did.
