Only let’s you do mirror mode on multiple monitors with MacBooks
I tried this twice and I liked it the problem was when I plugged my two monitors in and then into my MacBook but the issue is it would do the mirror mode whatever what ever I tried to put on one screen would show up and when I went through Mac settings it was only detecting one display. I talked to Apple and said the Mac will only detect one display per port so I will have to return it.

Couldn't make it work in many notebook, I wouldn't recommend it at all
I think that today hubs are necessary, even I have a couple decided to go with extra one just in case, nice looking, but sound doesn't work ... HDMI never worked, so basically for me is useless.

the VGA connection doesn't work properly
the connection to the monitor through VGA is not sharp and slightly blur however HDMI works fine
