I got going with this guy in an attempt to regain my health. I have to admit, I was skeptical at first because of the price--very inexpensive!Since the utensil arrived, I've sliced up a variety of vegetables and fruits all varying in thickness utilizing the Mandalahuang five-blade system. I returned another slicer to Walmart that was twice the price and had half the functionality. Great little slicer; I highly recommend it.

The blade inserts are hard to pull out of their cells once you click them in, I am using a back side of a fork not to brake my nails... But does great job shredding/slicing.

Bang for your buck shredder/slicer/cutter; simple and straightforward to use. I highly recommend.
